Police Regional Office 10 – A total of 340k worth of shabu was seized during the conduct of a drug buy-bust operation that resulted in the arrest of two personalities at Mabasa, Carinungan, Balulang, Cagayan de Oro City on January 24, 2022. 

Citing the report from RPDEU-10, suspects were identified as Bairona M. Lucman, listed in PNP-PDEA watchlist, 27 yo, single, female, and jobless; Abdulhakim M. Ali, 21 yo, single, male, Jeepney Driver, both are residents of Mabasa, Balulang, this city. Confiscated during the operation were seven heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing shabu with more or less 50 grams with an estimated Standard Drug Price of 340,000 pesos. 

Confiscated drug items were brought to Regional Crime Laboratory Office 10 for qualitative and quantitative examinations. Suspects are temporarily detained at Maharlika Custodial facility for further disposition and filing of complaint for Violation of Sec. 5 & 11 Art. II of RA 9165.
